Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. Please read our policy carefully.

Returns: Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items: We accept returns and offer full refunds for items that are damaged or defective upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return and full refund or exchange. No restocking fee applies to damaged or defective items.

Change of Mind Returns: If you wish to return an item due to change of mind, wrong size, or other non-defect reasons, a 20% restocking fee will apply to cover our production costs. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@mattmichaels.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return Approval: We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

  3. Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

  4. Processing Time: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days.

Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process your refund (minus any applicable restocking fee), and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will send out the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. Restocking fees may apply depending on the reason for exchange.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
